It has been a way for me to express my artistic side, while still being held to the engineering constraints of building a fine musical instrument. It has also been an invaluable learning process, as each custom project forces me to learn new techniques and test new designs that often get transferred over into our standard range.

Every year I take on a limited number of custom commissions that I build personally and work closely with the client to bring their dream to life. This is very much a collaborative process where we work together and share ideas to turn dreams into reality.
