Gary Roberts

I’ve been gigging as a music professional for 40 years at a local and regional level. I play over 120 shows a year as a solo singer/guitarist as well as in a duo and I play bass in my band. I am primarily an acoustic oriented guitarist and I was a music major in college with bass as my main instrument at the time.

The magic of Emerald guitars for me is how ergonomic, musical and stable they are. The sculpting and brilliant engineer that went into all aspects of player comfort, playability and musicality makes my Emerald guitars the most player-friendly instruments I own. I often bring a few guitars to my solo shows and my Emerald X30 with Graphtech Ghost Piezo/K&K pickups has come to every show since I got it. I will add these are great conversation starters too because they are so unique and beautiful.
