Strings
We create a custom set of strings for the Amicus and the easiest way to find these string gauges is to order two sets of Daddario XS Phosphor Bronze, Custom Light 11-52 and two single .0085 strings (we use Daddario NY steel) discard the .052 strings from the sets and this will leave you with 12 strings perfectly suited to your Amicus. Yes its a bit complicated but well worth it when you hear the Amicus sing

Hi-Tech Carbon
Carbon fiber is now used in all the most high tech industries from Aerospace to Formula one Racing where strength and weight is paramount. In fact it was in Formula One Power Boat racing that we discovered that the properties of carbon fiber are also perfectly suited to guitar making creating a lightweight structure that holds up under the tension of the strings while resonating freely with the lightest touch.

Amicus - An absolutely stunning instrument
An absolutely stunning instrument with a huge voice! The playability with this many strings is astonishing, and it will be a fantastic addition to my playing style both on stage and in the studio. I’ve had small-bodied guitars of varying scales that often sounded like toys—the tradeoff for portability. But that’s not so with the Amicus. There is nothing lacking in the fullness, volume, or tone. Truly remarkable and I’m thrilled to have it.
