Emerald Guitars owns all IP – copyright, design rights, etc – of the final design, and the guitar represents full and final consideration for the transfer to Emerald Guitars of all such IP rights.

Any one person may enter the competition as many times as they like, during the competition period.

There will be a weekly favourite chosen each week from that weeks entries, chosen by Alistair Hay (CEO Emerald Guitars). The final winner will be chosen from the 4 weekly favourites on 2nd May and the winner will be announced that day on our weekly Shipping video on Youtube. The winner will be notified by Email prior to the online announcement. 

There will only be one winner. The winner will receive a place on the September 2025 Emerald Music Tour which takes place from 31st Aug to 5th Sep inclusive. This includes accommodation, food, transport during the tour and all events on the tour along with optional bus transfers to and from Dublin on the first and last days of the tour. The winner will need to organise their own transportation to and from Dublin or a suitable location near Letterkenny, Donegal for the first and last days of the tour. 

If the winner has already purchased a place on the September tour, they can request a full refund for anything paid for their place already or use their prize to bring someone else with them. 

Each entrant will be contacted via email to receive a coupon allowing them a $200/£160 discount off any custom design in the Emerald Guitars 3D builder or custom design finalized and ordered through the Emerald guitars sales team. This coupon can be used once per customer and will be valid until the end of May 2025.This coupon cannot be used when purchasing any of our current stock or other merchandise. 

Alistair’s favourite pick of the week will also receive an Emerald Guitars merchandise ‘goody bag’.

Entries can be made from 5th April – 2nd May, inclusive. All entries must be made on the Emerald Guitars 3D Builder.

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that Emerald Guitars will not be liable or responsible for any loss or liability such entrant might incur or be responsible for as a result of, or in connection with, such entry (save for such losses and liabilities as cannot be disclaimed as a matter of law).

The Competition is run by Emerald Guitars. The rules of the competition are subject to change at the discretion of Emerald Guitars.
