We have created the Emerald Ambassador program to allow those who want to experience an Emerald Guitar first hand to connect with the family of Emerald owners from around the world to share real world experiences about the guitars, and give others the opportunity to try an Emerald Guitar for themselves. 

We all share a common passion for guitars and music so this is a great way to connect with like minded individuals and help them discover the magic of Emerald that you once discovered for yourself.

To gain the 5% commission credit a face to face meet up must occur

To see how much credit you have built up go to your my account page and select ‘Affiliate’ button from the menu. This will provide you with reports on your commissions and payouts

If a customer successfully places an order after a meet-up and the Ambassador has provided the correct information then the Ambassador will get notified by email

You can Log meet ups through your my account page, select the ‘Affiliate Content’ button on the menu and use the Log Meet-ups form

No, credit can only be used towards a future Emerald Guitars purchase and is not transferable

We strongly advise Ambassadors to arrange to meet interested musicians in a public space convenient to all parties.

Ambassador Program

Contract Agreement

This Brand Ambassador Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Emerald Guitars  (the “Company”) and the associated Brand Ambassador (the “Brand Ambassador”) collectively referred to as the “Parties.” Upon application of the Brand Ambassador program, the following terms and conditions shall apply.

  1. 1.1 The Emerald Guitars Ambassador Program (“the Program”) is open to customers who have purchased an Emerald guitar. 1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country of residence.

  2. Scope of Services: 2.1 The Brand Ambassador shall promote and endorse the Company’s products/services, through various in-person events and meetups arranged by the Brand Ambassador. 2.2 The Brand Ambassador shall conduct themselves in a professional manner, consistent with the Company’s image, values, and guidelines provided by the Company.

  3. Compensation and Rewards: 3.1 Ambassadors will be eligible to receive monetary based rewards (commission) based on their level of participation and engagement, as determined by Emerald Guitars. 3.2 Rewards may include merchandise, accessories, special discounts on future purchases, limited edition models, or customized options. 3.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 3.4 Ambassadors will receive a reward (commission) when new customers make a purchase after being influenced by their interactions. 3.5 The specific reward for new customers will be determined by Emerald Guitars and may be subject to change. 3.6 All monetary based rewards earned by the Brand Ambassador (commission) will be eligible for delivery upon the associated customer order, having cleared the 30 day waiting period from the date of purchase.

  4. Compliance with FTC Guidelines: 4.1 The Brand Ambassador agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, governing the endorsement and promotion of products. 4.2 The Brand Ambassador shall clearly disclose their relationship with the Company and their receipt of compensation for endorsing the Products in each promotional communication, in a manner consistent with the FTC guidelines. 4.3 The Brand Ambassador acknowledges and understands the importance of truthful and accurate representations regarding the Products and agrees not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unfair marketing practices.

  5. Program Duration and Termination: 5.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other Party (Emerald Guitars). 5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Brand Ambassador fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth herein or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the Company’s reputation. 5.3 Upon termination, the Brand Ambassador shall cease all promotional activities and return any Company-provided materials or assets. 5.4 Upon termination, all existing rewards will be revoked from the concerned party and/or individual.

  6. Intellectual Property: 6.1 The Brand Ambassador acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, related to the Products and the Company’s brand shall remain the exclusive property of the Company (Emerald Guitars). 6.2 The Brand Ambassador shall not use the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent, except as explicitly authorized in writing by the Company for promotional activities specified under this Agreement. 6.3 Ambassadors must ensure that any content they create complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. 6.4 Ambassadors grant Emerald Guitars the right to use any content they create and share as part of the Program for promotional purposes.

  7. Confidentiality: 7.1 The Brand Ambassador agrees to keep all confidential information received from the Company strictly confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emerald Guitars operates. By participating in the Emerald Guitars Ambassador Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the associated Brand Ambassador state and/or country.

  9. Ambassador Responsibilities: 9.1 Ambassadors are expected to actively promote and share their positive experiences with their Emerald guitar through in-person events and meet-ups. 9.2 Ambassadors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when representing Emerald Guitars. 9.3 Ambassadors should provide accurate and honest information about Emerald Guitars and their products.

  10. Modifications: 10.1 Emerald Guitars reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 10.2 Ambassadors will be notified of any changes through the email address provided during registration.

  11. Entire Agreement: 11.1 This Agreement, including any attached exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
